Hello! I'm Chelsea, the owner of Copper Grounds & Co. I would love for you all to get to know my family and I, and the background of this business. I had been a local of a small mining town in SA for 17 years and recently moved to the beautiful Copper Coast of SA for a sea change! I am so excited to share this journey with you all, as I fulfill my life-long dream of owning a coffee van business and take you all along with me.

 

Owning my own coffee van business has been a dream of mine since I can remember, so you will see lots of myself brewing up a storm, along with my partner Todd doing a lot of the background work. You may also spot our three little ones Kylan, Amani and Easton lending us a hand. You may spot us at local events around the Copper Coast, private functions or we may just be parked up ready to brew you a cuppa on your way to work. I thought I would share the meaning behind the name - Copper Grounds. I have put a lot of thought into this name, to ensure it is the perfect fit for us. Copper represents the small mining town where I am from, as it produces this mineral. This resonates with me and my up bringing, however it also represents new beginnings for my family and I on the Copper Coast. 

Grounds - A no brainer! It represents the coffee grounds, the most important part of any brew. Also, the ground in which we are so blessed to walk each day and the beautiful journey it takes us on.

It's an absolute honour to be able to share this journey with you all and I cannot wait for what's to come in the future. I hope you hang around and come along for the ride, we've got big plans!
